St. Mary Seafood & Marina is proud to have our own soft shell crab production facility. We catch "busters" and then hold them in our own salt water tank for 24 to 48 hours until they finish molting, then we sell live, soft shell crabs wholesale to the industry. We are one of the few producers of the "Louisiana Delicacy". Call us for pricing and availability. We also offer boxed crabs to crab processors throughout the Gulf States region. Our local fishermen catch crabs throughout the season, transport to St. Mary Seafood's portside dock where they are graded and packaged for delivery. We wholesale live crabs and soft shell crabs to restaurants and retailers throughout the Gulf Coast Region. Available in 50 and 100 pound boxes or plastic totes, our crab production is second to none.
